So I decided to go in a different direction and I hired a company called Wealth Factory, which sells a coaching program with an initial membership fee of $7500 and openly states that they are going to pair you with providers and that they do not do the tax preparation, investment, real estate, or other work they just coach you and help you see which professionals you need and then pair you up with them.  

Also, there are no stocks in LLC and only Membership interest.

Plus you get a trial period for their "plus" membership. 

A little over a year ago, I decided to sign up for a one year membership for Seth’s course (pricing options may have changed since then, but that was an option back then).
