There are city planners who do demographic, economic, user cost studies , etc that I do not do that are equally as important...I'm not so egotistical as to think I'm the master of transportation because I am the master of structure design.Maybe even better is that I'm a geotechnical engineer which is a specialized branch of civil engineering.

I used to manage the Developer Program at eBay and worked with many hundreds of affiliate marketers (some new, some experienced) and the overall demographic of those guys and gals was very similar to what I see in real estate -- some folks generating hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars per month (yes, you read that correctly), while most others never actually got anywhere.
