Every day, someone looks at the property and says "no thanks".The only other thing that I can think of is that you are under power lines, next to a methadone clinic, or have weird stalker type neighbors.I would suggest calling the eight people who looked at the house two weeks ago and asking them for some honest feedback.

Then, they show up in court and demand the landlord pay the lawyer $500, give the tenant 45-60 days to move, and drop the money claim or they will file a countersuit trial demand with all kind of frivolous counter-claims, hoping to get one to stick.  

@Brandon Turner I have a few requirement for animal owners that tends to weed out those scamming the system:Current vaccination record from local vet clinic.

We will not require heavy onboarding, etc, but we will offer a free trial.

@Junard Lane I think they have a 5 property free trial.

It's a fun hobby but can be frustrating and trial by error at times.
