However at the end of the day even on A class if it does not appreciate and you have to exit probably not going to do well.So one should think if rental property is really right for them at all... were as notes they just pay off.. you dont worry about exit you buy prime performing notes and the returns are as high you mitigate will it appreciate with a Acutal who cares because your note does not cost you money to get paid off or depreciate ( it can if you buy a bummer) but again a well chosen note is pretty rock solid and very appropriate for SIDRAS...

There is an element of buyer beware but it the item can not be reasonably identified or discovered during the course of inspection than the seller is required to disclose, even if they have never occupied the property or have chosen to sell "As-Is".
