But a few things I see that are easy VE opportunities. 1) mirror unit layouts so bathrooms/kitchens in adjacent units share a wet wall 2) located bathrooms so they are as close to kitchen drains as possible 3) place sinks and washers where their drains can utilize a vent stack to connect instead of going through the slab and connecting underground.There may also be structural cost savings within the layouts, but there's just not enough detail to see those elements here.

@Daniella Lamis I'm partial to Orlando for many obvious reasons (year round great climate, huge area growth, #1 vacation destination worldwide, theme parks, close to beaches, awesome airport/transporation, close to several cruise ports etc...) there are variable that you will need to understand to make the most of your cash flow, but we've got it all.

We looked at it for our almost complete BRRRR to Airbnb, which is 5 min from a major hospital and airport, but the stats seem to have dropped a lot since the covid surge has ended. 

They also have an airport that makes traveling there directly alot easier and there are other nearby ventures in the closer cities that attract people there.

Target cheap BRRR and Manufactured homes, use these to provide a basis for me to get into new construct multi-family (4-Plex), and BRRR Multi Family, I will enter these into the market as the supplement to the mid level and place them on the side of my small city that is most adjacent to the big city, to try and tap into the people in the affluent part of the city.

I will be looking into what is possible and makes sense for which industry as soon as we close, reason being is that the current owner has squeezed 3 biz in an adjacent lot and he has mentioned a few good routes of income and offered his truck rental contact.

Not sure about all of the adjacent townships.
