STR near Ann Arbor Michigan

Hello all! My names Tucker, and I am actively pursuing a STR/ vacation rental in the Ann Arbor area, would love to connect with anyone who has invested in the Ann Arbor area, or has some knowledge on the area. I am a Michigan resident, albeit my knowledge of that area is growing*, but limited. I currently am house hacking, as I look for my next endeavour!

Yeah, in Ann Arbor it has to be zoned commercial unless it is owner-occupied (i.e. you could do Airbnb with an ADU on your property if you lived in the house and rented out the ADU).
