@Kyle - have tried to accommodate tenant for inspection request and showings but her blanket response, "I will not show the home while I reside here."

My concern is that he is a very good man and will accommodate us at his expense.

We have all come to an agreement and tweaked our plan to accommodate what the inspector wants.It is new for the GC as he normally sticks to exterior projects and framing.

They are also very flexible and accommodating and will do remote closings if need be.  

As landlords getting stiffed on the rent, it's real easy to get made or irritated but swallowing our pride and trying to be accommodating usually turns out to be more profitable.  

We used to do check out at 11 am, but just changed it to 10 am to accommodate more time between guests for the cleaners.

I don't know much about hiding money and don't plan to, but as a Seller I want to find a creative way to accommodate. 

You need to show your property and they need to accommodate as per the lease.As for the prospective tenant.

Apparently the place they were living in was condemned & they were removed by the Sheriff because they refused to pay the rent.I cringed when she wanted us to find accommodation for them.As a favor we offered them a run down LTO we hadn't fixed yet, but they had cash down with some extra from the RE agent & social services.Its been a year & they have had a couple of issues with employment etc but have caught up & continue to direct deposit faithfully.They are very thankful & have since done a lot of nice renovation work to the home at their expense.I think we may have tenants for life!!
