I had to go to the police yesterday but they can’t do anything unless the tenants hurt me although they did offer a police escort when I return.

The police were called, the bank was notified and the bank called the loan due. 

Have to believe even in California the cops would shut that sh.t down. if it’s truly criminal activity you need the police.

So that was my point to this hedge fund manager how are you going to do it when all those that came before you could not  what do you see that others dont.And to me it was the Clayton Morris pitch  IE we rehab better than anyone else and we only put in doctors nurses police and firemen.. :) when in fact in those areas 90% of the signatures on the leases are unmarried females..

After all, you could be getting middle-of-the-night calls for police issues or worse.My $0.02 ...

It think involving the HOA, city or police prior to talking to them first is not the right way to interact with people.

If you call the police for trespassing they won't be able to do anything.

This guy was ex military police and seems to be an authoritarian who thinks everyone is under him because he thinks he's still a Sergeant.

Had them go to it and call the police saying someone else was in the house.
