Do not believe blindly in the "50% rule."

It would have looked like this:improper notice fee: $425late fees: $120 ($50 on Nov 4, $10/day Nov 5 to Nov 11)Partial month rent: $225 (Nov 1 to Nov 18)Any damages (seems like there are almost always at least broken mini-blinds and missing/burned out light bulbs)I'd add that all up, subtract the deposit and say they need to send me a check.

He laready had "The Blind Side" and Moneyball made into movies.Not sure "The Big Short" would translate well to the screen.His latest book "Boomerang" is supposed to be really good as well.

It is easy to be blinded by anger or frustration and start talking out of both ends without having all of the elements of judgement.

One way to do this is posting a "blind" ad in Craigslist like "Why rent when you can own?

You know the rest of the story.Don't let excitement or any other emotion blind you to the truth.Just sayin'

It's a crappy situation, and I don't want to be blind to reality because of pride, but buyers can't just not comply with the broker bc they get cold feet towards the house in the last hours. 

Not trying to discourage you from doing it just trying to make sure you don't forget anything before just going in blind. ;)

Anyone involved in real estate knows that prices can change from street to street, so I’m blind as to where the “path of progress” is and what is considered a good place to invest.

And I agree just because someone is on BP a lot with many posts or has done a pod cast does not make them necessarily some extremely credible person that anyone reading should blindly follow.
