The basic classes cover key elements of entrepreneurship, asset protection and structuring your investing business as well. 

Until you know your mailer is getting every interested prospect, test different offers, headlines, phrases,  images/graphics (if any), envelope size, fonts and other elements of you mailer.

I didn't know there was this whole legal element to it that could back to bite me.

If there's a material element of personal use your deduction may be limited, or even disallowed.This is a good conversation to have with your CPA, who knows your facts, circumstances, and goals.

I am able to bring a wholesome feel to many elderly clients that I think they needed and appreciate that was lacking in their prior experience.

With all this development going on we must also think of what is going to happen to the "bad elements" that are currently in these "up and coming areas". 

We still have the branding element though and we are always testing between branded and unbranded peices.We have found that people hold onto the mail peices with the vanity number on them more often and many times call months later.  

You would almost have to try to screw that up it has so many solid elements in it.

To my surprise, the contract had some very substantial monetary elements in it that were not mentioned in our hour+ meeting the day before.

That gets a little out of my element.
