Obviously, much of the Movement is about unburdening oneself from the trappings of real estate -- getting as far away as possible from the way real estate even works -- so, it's then difficult and clumsy to plug tiny houses back into the mainstream markets, as most of the logic of the prototype disappears out of context.

On the other hand, the gurus, some of whom don't even do deals today, have overpriced iinformation and they trap newbies into this sales funnel wherein to get the real information, you have to pay $25k or more.

I advise you take care of the exterior first before addressing the interior wall so there's no risk of mold growth (as we don't want water getting trapped inside the foundation/wall and having nowhere to go).

HI I signed a purchase agreement for a home in Eureka, CA at the end of September 2021 that clearly states in section D, (loans) " this loan shall be at a  fixed rate not to exceed 3.5% ".
