Taking on and selling a listing or working with a buyer is a lot more time intensive than a lot of people realize, so many things pop up and the very high volume, full service realtors usually put in some crazy hours each week, working 80+ hours a week in especially busy weeks is common and they need to manage their time to the minute, so having to waste not just minutes, but sometimes hours and hours just to undo whatever damage or screwup those stupid zestimates caused this time drives them insane when otherwise they're counting the minutes spent on each task that week!

There was quite a bit of deferred maintenance on the property and the parking lot had to be re-paved but nothing too intense had to be repaired or replaced.After we purchased the property and put a new PM in, the first thing we did was make a call the local housing authority in charge of section 8 and seek rental increases for the few subsidized tenants we already had.

I haven't tried to put it down over subfloor yet because it calls for a layer of luan first at a cost of about 0.25/sqft for the luan and at that point it will probably be less labor intensive to go with a click vinyl or a cheaper laminate.

Only this time the tenant is not responding back via text or phone or email about when someone can come to the proiperty to fix the crack in the ceiling and the sound of water he hears coming from the roof that he can also hear in the walls when it rains and he really hears it more intense;y when it storms.
