With marketing, just be sure to include a good picture of the golf cart with the home as the cover photo and highlight the benefits of being able to use the golf cart.

:0)So far $0 as i still new however as highlighted discussions etc on strategies,deals is priceless. 

The highlighted areas are were i input automatically from my database, I also sign each one.Just a side not I sent out 50 last week and received 1 call from it.

Pick a neighborhood to focus on, print out a map, bring a highlighter with you and drive up and down every street.

I did a couple of small batches previous - 300 or so at a time and know what to expect at that level so if I can get that kind of response every few days I should be ok.....I hope......and on an unrelated note.....will someone PLEASE tell me how you highlight and tag a person's name in posts on here? 

More advanced points/awards system a la fatwallet ,although their program is a bit extreme.I also like the idea of highlighting pro messages,either with a small icon,or in a separate forum.Mobile access!

@Gregory Williams You may want to be a little more mindful with what you post and how you post your opinion here on the forum because it may highlight your lack of experience at this point in the game.Right now would probably be a great time just to ask questions and learn from others with experience; and then, after you have gained your own experience, then would probably be a good time to share your opinion based on your experience.
