Portland has recently gained national attention due to issues such as homelessness, drug problems, gun violence, and rising crime rates.

They would go from location to location picking fights with people on beaches for no reason and typically turned them upside down trying to find more drug and alcohol money.We were just walking along the beach and all of the sudden one of these guys puts his arm around one of my friends.

Also, the house I bought was occupied by known drug dealers and all the surrounding houses are nice so the neighbors love me right now.

When all was said & done, the guy was jacked up on drugs, angry with his lady & we think it was a pellet or shot gun.A year later, the SWAT team was called out to the Billops house.

The manufactured home is probably being used to make illegal drugs. 

It's like a drug user.

Plus I do the pre-employment drug screens on contractors when they come to town.
