but even if it's not sellers often get "amnesia." when they're about to be foreclosed upon they're happy you can help them but then a few months later when the dust settles some of them cry bloody murder.

Kristine Marie PoeWe do have them clean the bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry, and all the common areas - it's the bedrooms they do not clean (students are responsible for their own bedrooms).And, as you mentioned, the cleaning service provide a good early warning about leaks and damages to the property.
