Hello BP family! Looking to network/connect with Mortgage Brokers in the Orlando area. I would like to get pre-approved and start looking for single and multifamily properties.

Check out Michael Floyd at Guaranteed Rate Affinity and Better Mortgage. I don't think you need a broker in the Orlando area, just someone who will give you a fair rate. Michael does work out of Orlando and he does works with investors.  I would shop around, get some loan estimates, and negotiate.
