We were changing all flooring to accommodate use of a wheel chair and decided to repaint and update other things as well.  

Some brokers are very accommodating.  

I could definitely accommodate having a vacancy in the house.

I could just as easily accommodate 1,000+ properties in my spreadsheets as I can the handful that I currently track.  

But find any other great deal with enough spread, the points and fees of transactional funding or hard money should easily be accommodated.

In this time period, it has completed 14 housing projects, accommodating over 250 happy families. 

Problem is the people I'm talking to must not work with any of the lenders that will actually accommodate this score.

You know what you need you just need to find those that can accommodate them. 

I can understand someone who knows nothing about landlording being a little hesitant about it.Our AZ PM is pretty good, pretty accommodating about keeping us informed and letting us make decisions.
