I recommend English as it is the language predominately recognized by the court system in the US....okay...joking aside....I'm not an attorney and I don't play one on TV, but generally speaking my understanding of the operating agreement is that it governs roles and responsibilities of the management of the corporation.

Also, if you have Netflix, sharing your Netflix account on a Roku or Apple TV is also a benefit you can offer.

So a Nevada-resident tax professional may be an advantage - again, another plus for NCH if they include that service.Finally (judging from your concerns), as neither you nor I are corporate lawyers  - nor do we play one on TV - all of this is simply management advice - and certainly not legal advice!  

The only thing I can think of that you should buy new are big screen smart TV's, other than that, if you can find nice quality second hand anything, that works great!

Maybe something as little as $25/month cheaper (assuming it's priced competitively) makes a big difference in # of responses.You mentioned that price includes all bills/utilities - with the above example, can you post the ad for $1150/month... then in the ad state something like "all utilities charge flat rate of $150/month -this includes tv, power, gas, etc...

What about furniture and TV's.

Typically, property purchased with no down payment has negative cash flow that must be fed every month.Get a good nights sleep and stay away from the gurus on late night TV infomercials!
