I heard a statistic the other day on the radio that 37% of all transactions in the Tampa area (or maybe Hillsborough county...I cant remember) were cash transactions.

Was wondering if anyone know where to find some sort of flood risk statistic map or chart for Westchester, NY?

Of course the high crime statistics cannot be ignored in these cites, however I'm planning to buy only in the nicer/low crime neighborhoods which hopefully eliminates most of the crime risk.I was wondering if any of you could provide feedback on comparing these 3 cities.

There are plenty of examples of marriages lasting even when they should have statistically ended.

My mentor who has been in this business for over 15 years and several other individuals I have talked with have never heard of a someone utilizing trulia to pull statistics on a property and claiming that as unquestionable data. 

I'm working on a project where I need to find four different statistics (below) for a list of about 100 cities in 5 or so different states. 

Go ahead and name one legitimate reason that you think that this person is statistically more likely to cause issues than any other random tenant. 

Is there a way I can find this information before mailing to the whole list including those which may not have the desired equity statistics?
