As I posted in your original thread, I thought Elizabeth's suggestion was interesting enough to call my lawyer about it, and the response I got was that my statutory duty to mitigate damages is going to trump any lease language.This is not legal advice to you (it was to me) and is specific to New Hampshire in any case.
