No course info, but I learned a lot from the library, and after you scan through 20 or so different books on the subject, you definitely learn the major themes running through them, and usually pick up a great tip or two from each one.

We are still wanting to house hack, but with the move, a wedding in november, and all the misc charges associated with those things, we aren't sure if we can buy right away.

I also plan and run the local BP meetup every last Weds. of the month at 7pm in Bedford we would love for you guys to come.  

The main meeting is in Orlando but they have a Lake County chapter that meets in Clermont on the 2nd Wed. of every month.
