They can be consistently a few days late, not bother paying items not reported to the bureaus, never reporting damage in the home, never reply back to important queries, not take care of their children, always late for work, using "credit boost" to get their score up by 10 or so points, etc.

It would help boost my retirement savings and possibly shorten that length of time if I begin to invest in real estate. 

If you have a few years of tax returns showing where you made 36k on your property they would count that as income to boost your DTI. 

It gave me the boost I needed in the beginning when I lost my confidence often.I may go to one of his awesome events some day for the experience of it.

If it is some (unlikely) bluff to boost of commission he'll come back to you if he can't find a better offer pretty quick.

For most of them that'll work out fine, and probably boost their returns. 

Hopefully have some children..... but these books got me thinking maybe I should instead use my First Time Home buyer advantage to purchase an investment property that could boost my cashflow.
