You will need to check LLC filing requirements for each State you have a rental in and the State of incorporation to determine the filing requirements. 

I have seen lenders advertise DSCR loans in the low 6s but the reality is its probably a governement loan that incorporates a DS calc. 

However, changing incorporation between states when you have a judgment creditor on the books may open the new LLC up to just as much liability.
