ha, I was at the same meeting.I don't know anything about him except what I've googled, but the thing that was funny to me was that his presentation was almost identical to one I attended in Baltimore a few months ago, called "Winning the Property Wars", which was supposedly run, but not attended, by a guy from that Property Wars TV show.
