I would not paint cabinets unless you have them done professionally, and unless you are really good with taping and spraying I can't see you respraying an entire kitchen for $800 including doors (unless it's just 4 or 5 total cabinets!).

no one cares for lease terms, emails, their adress, how many sq ft is the property, is the driveway concrete or asphalt, etc,etc7 steps or less is what it should take. no more, could be less.

I made the connections by stripping the wire, wind a bunch of solder around it, wrap it in foil, heat it with MAPP gas, let it cool, remove the foil, and finally wrap it in electrical tape
