A 1% tax rate difference on a $200K property translates into a $2,000/year or $167/month cash flow.

Which personally i find important for residents to keep their self respect and power to live. ....which if translating purely into operator speak, translates to increased cash flow stability and customer scarification.

I wouldn't put some of my personal property into the WY holding LLC, as it may weaken your protection, a case could be made that the LLC is becoming your alter ego and piercing its veil.

But I wasn't sure how that translates to the HSV market.
