We have a super huge breakfast collection of K-cups, teas, drinks and cereal bars that is not in the listing so when guest see it they are pleasantly surprised but they often comment in the reviews anyways so guests are aware of it.

@Grant Francke This seems like a situation where the previous landlord ignored these tenants and now you are left holding the bag of hurt feelings these tenants have.Little things like defined office hours, communicating via email only within office hours, if the issue isn't urgent waiting 24 hours to respond these things help train tenants to know you are not available at their beck and call.
