My area, Folsom/El Dorado Hills ranks among the top suburbs in the State with nothing but 9/10-10/10 schools and pricing is on par with those three cities and possibly less.

Us longer time BP members have watched your journey congrats from moving from working for someone to the ranks of self employed , I don't look at that as retirement.. retirement means you have ZERO debt and a money manager that send you your dough to live on.. at least to me.I became self employed at 18 when I got my RE license.. keep a cool head and remember that the last 8 years were epic.. its not always like this.. so at this point unless you own all of those units free and clear I would start snowballing them one by one.. that's when your truly retired..
