Pertinent skills include: HVAC (refrigeration licensed), plumbing, electrical, mild construction, metal fabrication, soon to be licensed NC contractor, grading/excavating, ...etc...I do/know alot of stuff and have alot of tools and equipment...I wouldn't bring you any headaches.
