However, if you are in an area where every home is unique, there aren't many recent sales, or there is missing or incorrect public record data, they will be horrible.We find our customers in suburban areas filled with tract homes rave about them, while our rural customers, or those in old cities with a ton of diversity think they are terrible.Even in those tough to value areas though I still think they are pretty useful when making a list of properties in a certain price range.
