Everybody is happy, disaster is averted.If the trial lawyer is an activist and wants to make a name for him or herself (generally young lawyers from very respected law schools) they will balk at your insurance company and proceed to discovery. 

The Indiana folks would like something closer to home than the South Loop or Western Suburbs of Chicago.

Maybe if you are buying a distressed assetI saw on FB someone posted today someone invested $50k with western wealth capital syndications 18 months ago and they sold the asset and they got $800 of their $50k - so they had a $42,200 loss - they didn’t mention if they took bonus depreciation as if they did probably have to pay out.
