Last resort is portfolio lending or blanket loans.

My last resort is an adjustable loan and would prefer to stock up on my 10 conventional loans first while rates are so low (even if it requires 25% down), but not willing to keep these properties in my own name.Help?

Based on #2 I'll posit that rent *collections* are miserable, you have to deal with evictions, and at such a low rent-rate this is one of the "properties of last resort" in the area.4.)

We do have a home where we can tap into equity but that is last resort.

The property is in great condition but it is by no means a 5 star resort.
