We’re not the only ones that feel this way either, we’ve made contact with additional people that have similar experiences and it’s insane how many have similar experiences... it appears as though they are dishonest in just about every aspect of their business.I am not defending them as I have never done business with them or know anyone who has..

@Kim Meredith Hampton Is there any case law in FL that defends that postion? 

I think awhile back a couple people jumped on BP and defended it with the zest of those who are actively profiting from whatever is going on. 

There are people here who will defend this guy, claim that the article is one-sided, rail against building codes as a infringement on their freedoms, etc, etc.I'm going to be frank.  

The $16k was what the judge ordered the lawyer suing the LLC to pay the defendants, their legal fees in the case (loser pays).

It is public information but they do not make it easy to find.I found it once before but had a hard time finding it again, and ofcourse it is different for every JP court where they keep the info..I was able to find divorce cases, but it only gives me the plaintiffs and the defendants name.
