We all seem to have forgotten about how over-leveraging decimated 10s of thousands of people a few short years ago.Brew your own coffee, brown bag your lunch, drive a beater and stay out of malls and clubs while working 2 or 3 jobs.  

Those are details that are below my radar.My cynical definition is that it appears many of these companies are selling overpriced product to naive wannabe investors and leaving them holding the bag a year or two down the road when they realize market rents aren't want they were told, the property isn't rent-able without more work on it, and they can't sell for anything near what they owe.

I don't know of any car dealership that will accept "equity" as payment for a BMW...It won't even buy a bag of McDonaldland cookies!

We hauled away 4 jumbo trash bags of the tenants items, mostly hangers.

Looking for a wholesale mentor to help me bag my first deal.

The image below shows our "product" (foreground bags, triple wrapped in 6Mil and double taped) compared to the industry common "rope off the property, put plastic down, get in your space suit,  and blast away with sledge hammers... and collect $20K" debris dump.

For its been a mixed bag...mostly good, but some not so good.

and I don't want a bunch of frozen stuff..I got one of those packages as a gift and there was one Radish in a plastic bag I thought what a waste..But what I really loved was buying our Teslas on line.... now that is the bomb.. no more car dealer BS.the price is the price and you can literally have a new car bought in less than 30 minutes if your paying cash. then they e mail you when its in the show room and ready to be picked up which depending on where your at or what model can be a matter of next day or a week or so out..

Whether or not your splitting partner has some liability for leaving you with the bags, is a matter of law based on which state you live in.
