Some require padding underneath and some don't.We installed one of the early versions of Allure Ultra LVT in a small bathroom and could have done better.

If you use Quickbooks or Quicken or something else, then you can make professional invoices across all your properties and tenants at about three clicks of a mouse.

If you are good with a computer, you can create the letter on the computer with a handwriting font and then print on an INKJET printer with blue ink onto a piece of yellowpad paper (just the regular old yellow pad paper with lines on it from the office store - take it to the service counter and ask them to cut off the very top of the pad that has the glue stuff that holds it all together).

If so, do you then pay the pad rental until you can resell?

If you can believe that, we should had known then that they were padding the bill.  

The "floor" for the two bedrooms in that unit was the concrete pad. 

When we went to the house to do move-out inspections and clean/make repairs, we found that the first floor apartment was LOADED with mouse poop.
