I know making thousands per hour or more with my time that if someone as an example paid 7,000 for a coach they would likely want way more than 2 hours of my time.2 hours of my time is worth more than 7,000 so I know right there closing my deals and working with clients makes me such a greater return.I can't speak to the person being discussed positively or negatively as I do not know them.If these companies are doing deals how do they have intensive and unlimited hours to coach people one on one?

rules change there a lot the way they worked last year is not how they work this year.But Generally speaking its a VERY CAPITAL intense business.. that runs on about 10% net profits. we used to buy about 10 mil a year in Oregon and net a little over 1 mil a year.

Don't panic, Crestcore has a very intensive screening process so that they place a great tenant so I am willing to bet there have been several who have wanted to rent and maybe not passed their screening.
