It's been shown numerous times that humans can watch something happen countless times and it rarely effects their behavior but if something actually does happen to them, it will effect their behavior intensely.

I know making thousands per hour or more with my time that if someone as an example paid 7,000 for a coach they would likely want way more than 2 hours of my time.2 hours of my time is worth more than 7,000 so I know right there closing my deals and working with clients makes me such a greater return.I can't speak to the person being discussed positively or negatively as I do not know them.If these companies are doing deals how do they have intensive and unlimited hours to coach people one on one?

rules change there a lot the way they worked last year is not how they work this year.But Generally speaking its a VERY CAPITAL intense business.. that runs on about 10% net profits. we used to buy about 10 mil a year in Oregon and net a little over 1 mil a year.

Don't panic, Crestcore has a very intensive screening process so that they place a great tenant so I am willing to bet there have been several who have wanted to rent and maybe not passed their screening.

However, we are still far from the editorializing that the real estate agent does.Real estate is intensely local and a very complex system from a data analysis standpoint. 

@Cody Gray - Economic cycles are normal in any economy, historical data gives you some idea about timing and intensity.

Now that being said, a savvy investor, who can buy right and keep his property looking good and knows Killeen could probably do fine, but the competition for renters will be intense.  

Another issue is that it is capital intensive to grow.

I will keep doing this very  exhausting, intense job for 10 years, all the while turning every penny I make from REI right back into my business.
