Side Note: I'm not a wholesaler. ( more of a well trained bird dog with actual knowledge) I source the leads and sell them to whoever wants to nurture and make a deal, so i'm on the non biased side of the discussion. lol 

Call me bias but I cannot stand the smell and I would be pretty upset as well in your shoes.  

HUD does require that children of different gender and a certain age must not share a bedroom.A family that I knew in Brooklyn had a 1 bedroom apt. with 2 kids and 2 parents.

You aren't supposed to make posts like this about companies because they could be fully biased and not based of fact and then they end up with the owner of the company coming in and deleting it, so having some levity is helpful.

@Bruce Woodruff in my opinion Airbnb "Smart Pricing" is complete trash, and you're right it seems biased toward tanking your rates so they can make their guest users happy, whereas PriceLabs is a totally different ballgame.

I'm certainly bias being an agent here now, but was very bullish on this area long before that! 

Long term holds are good, but I'm biased as that is what I do.
