Hi!

I am looking to start an investment property portfolio starting with 2 or 3 houses to rent out in the Houston/The Woodlands area, can anyone please recommend what areas would be the best opportunities to finding good tenants fast and at what price ranges and characteristics these properties are best suited for tenants.

Hey Miguel,

Fact is you're going to find a hard time cash flowing anything at these prices.

Rents just haven't caught up as property values, and subsequently property taxes, continue to rise.

Unless you're buying at a discount, I don't see how you can cash flow in today's market.
