I'm getting a little annoyed because I hate where I live (too far from city) and want to get this renovation started asap so I can move in and begin my year until I can rent it out.

It seems to be an annoyance from the outside looking in...

I love real estate investing yet there are times that I get discouraged and annoyed but give up and quit NEVER.

But it was too late, I was awoken.So of course I called the agent back this morning...you can imagine how that conversation went.That's very annoying.

After closing fees, Commission, I netted 29,400 which the title company screwed up and told me 31k just the day before...annoyed at this point.I bought another house for $212,000 the note is for $208,160 @ 5% interest, not the greatest but with two businesses my credit score has taken a hit significantly.  

It is very annoying to get phone calls asking what I would buy or wouldn't, what area's I like and don't, what is the most I would spend on a house, do I like commercial, residential, multi or land, would I buy out of state and so on you get the point.

Problem with Zillow is they have this annoying "1-click reply" where people can just click on your ad without reading it and you get an automated message "Joe is interested in your apartment at 123 Main St."

Don’t annoy them but calling to check in is a different animal.  

I'm also a really annoying friend and immediately asks someone what they pay for rent.
