You need to read about dry, boring stuff, (at least once) like surveying (not boring for some) but investors don't need to run around computing a back azimuth to write a legal description, but you do need to know how to read a legal description and figure an area of land.

My plan is to enter the apartment with my keys, complete the move out survey, make any necessary deductions (including for the key and the extra day) and keep a note on file for any funds to be returned since I do not have a forwarding address for her.Please advise if I am missing anything here.I truly appreciate the response.Regards
