At our own house out in the country we have Zmodo outdoor cameras. 

Any outlet within a foot or so from a water source (laundry room, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, garage sink, outdoor receptacles....) you will need a ground so you can install a GFI (ground fault indicator).

Looking for a low cost option that can be used outdoors to watch the driveway and those coming in and out of the home.

  One tool for controlling all kinds of bugs, that I have found extremely useful and efficient, but that many landlords do not consider, is to add an insecticide to both the indoor and outdoor paint of all my rentals. 

Tenants and even property managers do not look at your investment with the same eye that you would, so when you are there for any repair, look around, walk the perimeter, see if outdoor heat pumps are clear or covered in weeds, peak under sink cabinets to check for water leaks, look around tubs for caulk issues, check for beginning signs of rot around exterior doors, porch posts, loose fence pickets, check dryer vents, any trees leaning on your roof or fences. 

Take a strong opposition to it (legally documented) for the Liabilities 2. when they do have a friend or whatever over for an after exam relax session, chill outside in the hammocks and out door pool table (just made it up, its happening though) This is for spilled drinks and trying to get away with smoking inside. also the volume will be louder sooo, idk yet.3. talk to neighboors and get them on my side.
