Some fairly prominent people in the industry suggest if you own multiple properties, you should own each one in an LLC nad have a master LLC own each of those, sometimes incorporated in a different state from where your properties exist, to take advantage of stronger legal protection. 

I even gave her the reasons - company address on your W-2s is a residential building, company phone number on your boss's e-mail isn't a published land line, company website on your bosses, e-mail didn't exist when she sent me the message then miraculously appeared at midnight after I questioned it but the graphics on the page were for a completely different industry and not a single link on the page worked, boss referred to you as an employee yet there were no taxes taken out of your check, not a single employee in the company can be found in Linked-In or Facebook, and google can't find any evidence of the company in the state you said it is headquartered.  

It looks like there is just an extra tab there you can click that shows you all the AirBNB listings in the area with a little graphical representation of how booked up their calendar is. 

As I continue to grow, does it make sense to continue to purchase properties under my name or should I incorporate a holding company?

It's worth bringing it up to your broker to see how you can incorporate wholesaling into your brokerage.

I already have a portion of important docs saved there (door key info, floorplans, maintenance manuals, paint colors, sku #s for materials, business docs like articles of incorporation, blank rental apps, estoppels, other info) so I have access to them remotely.

I would also make sure you have enough storage space, maybe think about incorporating a linen closet, walk-in closet, storage closet, into that reconfiguring of the bathroom.
