In your experience what part of Atlanta have you seen the greatest concentration of professionals from the Film industry is it Gwinnett http://atlanta.curbed.com/archives/2014/06/12/visu... or ITP and is there a RE need that movie professionals are looking for such as rent room by the bed/ commercial space etc..just curious to see if you have noticed some trends.
