I'm considering looking at other markets with cheaper acquisition prices than San Diego (though I'm not in the more expensive coastal tourist area) that also have a concentration of hospitals.  

So I've been looking at newer homes (built in the last 10-15 years) to avoid maintenance issues and also condos.....concentrating on nicer areas where tenants are less of a headache.

I'm a Senior financial and reporting analyst.I've recently started exploring and planning to start (REI), concentrating in particular on homes Georgia.

Right now I'm in a VA program that kind of limits my job opportunites (long explanation) so, as of right now I am just going to concentrate on getting my degree.

If you are using the MLS, concentrate on properties that have been sitting on the MLS for a long time.

I am in Grad School for Public Administration, my concentration is Nonprofit Management.

In your experience what part of Atlanta have you seen the greatest concentration of professionals from the Film industry is it Gwinnett http://atlanta.curbed.com/archives/2014/06/12/visu... or ITP and is there a RE need that movie professionals are looking for such as rent room by the bed/ commercial space etc..just curious to see if you have noticed some trends. 

I'm looking to concentrate on wholesaling and can't wait to bridge the gap between research and real world experience.
