Although the HOA may cover some or all of those things for you anyway, so check with the HOA.Honestly, a two-unit condo building typically is not that different than a four-unit building.

I would ask your insurance agent your insurance question, it may be worthwhile for her to get a renters insurance policy, it is not very expensive.If there is no written agreement you effective have an oral agreement, which in most states operates as a month-to-month agreement with all the normal laws and rules.We like to talk to tenants about uncomfortable situations in the beginning, when everyone still likes each other.

If the laminate was brand new last year then you have a legitimate claim to part or all of her security deposit.Also, be sure that you are getting the appropriate credits for depreciation on your property when you fill out your taxes.

Not only can you get damaged on the deposit money to them but also if your loan fails and contingencies have passed in the contract you stand to lose some or all of your earnest money if the seller will not extend time for you to find other financing.
