Get the right message to the right person at the right time.I liken it to fishing.

This is something I'm going through now not being consistent and hoping for the fish to bite after reading this message it puts everything into perspective.

If anyone figures out how to sell my phone number to these  low-ball hustler wholesaler guys and I start getting nonstop fishing calls to SELL to them at stupid prices, I'm going to get increasingly more irate the more they call. 

@Ali Boone , you are a kindred spirit who agrees with me that you do not invest in Real Estate as a hobby or to 'buy a job', but you invest so you can take a cruise, sit on a Caribbean Beach or go fishing for Alaskan Salmon.

Or someone with gorilla mentality will get our deals.I remember reading somewhere about teaching a man to fish...

@Jerry Puckett Weekends are precious, especially in the summer when it's fishing and crabbing season!

Not that an investor needs to be an attorney, but understanding that laws are much like a fishing net, each line being tied to another forms a structure for ones conduct.

For me, running ads on FB is like trawling the whole ocean for just 2 or 3 kinds of fish. 

You find a better response rate or just doing it out of boredom..hahaI also hear that some people view a fish as good luck..maybe I'll split test that with the elephant and see what happens :)
