I removed one of the metal bars a long time ago when renovating the home and the fire department said i only needed to remove one. this appraiser says i need to remove the other front bar windows, which was a charge. he then checks and states i didn't remove the bars on the side of the home which he failed to mention.

I let a fence installer work through my backyard on a neighbors project and when it was all done they had replaced a chainlink fence with a wood privacy fence but inside the lot line ...leaving cut off metal posts sticking up 2” on my side but not on my property.

The price was great the cash flow looked good to great but when we went out and physically looked at the property...needed new roof, siding repaired or possibly replaced, scrap metal everywhere and a hand full of other small items, plus area rents were lower than what this place was getting and the buildings around were nothing to write home about.
