. :) it was a great property, 3.9 acres close to the lake, I wakeboard so it would have been fun, and I would love to have the exta land for my horses but needed A LOT of work and there was septic issues, so I was in over my head.

I gave them a processing fee which was under $500 at the time, they kept stalling saying they will be able to do the current deal I was working on, after several calls to them I finally gave up and had to scrape up a lot of cash to purchase property was very stressful.
