I love my job and don't look to REI as a means to retire early/quit my job/achieve FI, I'm simply approaching it as an an additional investment to add to my portfolio.That being said, what is keeping me from jumping in is the liability risk in dealing with tenants.

I am looking for rates in the 8% and 1% range, or as close as you can get to that. 10% down and first draws provided at closing.If you were at all offended by the voice or approach of this post, I apologize, but we probably wouldn't have been a good fi anyways.
