That being said the end buyer &/or the potential buyer of my property may think twice from buying if severe drug dealing, street prostitution & gunshots are constantly in motion in those areas.

As long as there’s death disease alcoholism drug use divorce etc.. there will always be deals if you look hard enough

Sorry, I don't buy that argument either...Do we free all the drug dealers using the rationale, "We can't blame the dealer...how easy is it to turn down thousands of dollars selling a product that basically sells itself!"

Of course in the early days bookings coming in is like a drug. 

Giving the situation I've been willing to work with her but she has people in and out of the house and I can tell there is heavy drug activity.

Looking on GoogleMaps, I can't get down the narrow street that the property is located on, but the general area doesn't look like a drug-gang cartel area.

This property only has one retail space, which was a drug store for years who recently moved into a new, bigger building.

A strong Op Agreement will cover the Ds - death, divorce, disinterest, drug use, default, etc. and how capital shortfalls and draws are to be addressed.  

My conviction was over 10 years ago (drug felony) and i have been off probation for over a year.
