What kind of lending institution did you find were more accommodating to BRRR?

As already mentioned, if you were up for escrow review, your taxes and insurance payments may have been adjusted to accommodate a shortage. 

If someone that I knew and trusted approached me from time to time for a bridge loan, I would sometimes accommodate.  

Setbacks and lot coverage standards accommodate front and side yards similar to U-SU-B but allowing a detached accessory dwelling unit building form in the rear yard.

Pet owners will understand that they have to pay a higher price to accommodate their pets; whether it is a pet deposit, pet fees or pet rent. 

@James Dee A bridge loan probably makes the most sense in this situation.As an umbrella rule, debt is going to be cheaper than equity.Bridge lenders tailor their products to accommodate situations like the one you mentioned, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue to obtain bridge financing assuming you're otherwise creditworthy and the building is in a reasonable state.

Some people need a little bit more hand holding than others and I accommodate whatever works best for them.

We have since worked closely with each other on the inner workings of the resort we own in and have even referred prospective guests to each other in the event that we cannot accommodate them. 

Now 1/3 of the messages were people trying to pay less or different move in date or other requests that I don't feel willing to accommodate.  

Flights cheaper, accommodation too, agents more ready to help looky-loos and the property will never appear worse.
